You agree that you will undertake transactions only when you have sufficient funds or credit available to support their full and effective execution. You shall not impersonate another person or use any names or accounts without authorization. If you use electronic funds transfer you agree to provide paytsa.com an authorization in such form as we request. The provision of electronic funds transfer authorization, bank or checking account, credit card and debit card information may be used for future payment activities and charges applicable to your use of paytsa.com.
Security and Privacy
We are not liable in the event a payment transaction is not completed for any reason, including but not limited to the lack of sufficient funds or credit, our determination not to honor a payment authorization, or the failure of communications, hardware, software, or other systems of paytsa.com or its providers. Paytsa.com reserves the right to take remedial actions in its discretions including the delay, suspension, or termination of a transaction in the event it believes it may be invalid or unauthorized due to fraud, mistake, violation of these terms, or any other reason.
